- soy milk, Arborio rice, glutinous rice, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, bay leaf, green cardamom
- 8 cups (2L) unsweetened soy milk (Chinese style with no additives), 1 cup Arborio rice, 1/3 cup glutinous rice, 1 cup sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cracked green cardamom pod, 1 small bay leaf, 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste. Boil soy milk with sugar. Add everything to slow cooker. 2 hours on high, stir occasionally.
