I like the very nutty taste of unsweetened, all-peanut PB -- the stuff that separates if you let it sits.

Yeah, I'm in the process of switching to natural PB in hopes of cutting out the sugar. The texture takes a bit getting used to though.

OMG this is an awesome post! I'm hopelessly addicted to peanut butter!!! I'm a big fan of Adam's Natural Peanut butter, unsalted. Once you go to the natural stuff, you don't go back to Jif or Skippy!

Have you had Almond Butter before? Mara Natha makes an all natural Almond Butter and it's to die for. Look for it at Whole Foods.

There's this one smoothie that I love and it's made with almond butter, banana, dates, maple syrup, soy milk, and cinnamon. I heard lots of good recommendation on Mara Natha almond butter before so now I REALLY gotta give it a try!

Yes, PB and molasses is a great combination for me, too. I always get the natural PB (health-food stores or bulk-stores) and I add organic blackstrap molasses. Try that and you will not need to hunt for Jiff again!
